You might also check out both "Cocktail" and
"MacJanitor"! I use both of these as well as Onyx for
that good old major cleaning - that one does one or
twice a year. Each have there own specialties and
strong points. I generally use these three in the
order listed - topped off with a restart.

..and I trust all will have a fun filled holiday this
time around!
