[G4] PowerMac 667 RAM

Just acquired a PM 677 and installed OS 10.3 on a 40gb
drive.  Have 256 RAM installed but "profiler" shows
that only 128 RAM is recognized.  What can be wrong? 
Oh, don't have Classic installed on
it either; could this be a problem, too? Anyone have
any ideas?
