Streaming generally means you're playing it off the internet without 
downloading it first.  Is that what you meant?  If so, that depends on 
your internet connection more than your computer.

If that's not what you meant, then I don't know exactly what would 
affect video playback speed, but 640MB of RAM seems on the low side to 
me.  What video card do you have?
