[G4] Convert Real Audio to Wav or MP3?

Hi,

Is there an EASY way to convert Real Audio (RA) files to the WAV or MP3
formats?  I find all kinds of programs to do it on a pc, but none for
the mac, except for where you have to do programming?

Any suggestions?
