[G4] Flashing PCI cards (GForce 2 MX, Intel Pro/1000 MT NIC)

Hey sports fans;

I have come in to a large cache of older, free upgrade cards thanks to work.

I tried a G-Force 2 MX, and it gave glitchy screens.

OS X will not correctly identify the Pro/1000 MT NIC.

(This is in a Sawtooth 500 BTW).

Doing research, I see from both vendors that they resell these cards as flashed for the Mac. 

I found the NVFLASH utility, but cannot find a ROM, and have not had time to look any further.

Any ideas/ suggestions/ etc.? The NIC is not so important but I'm still running the stock ATI 16 megger... I also got a G Force FX 9520, I believe. Seems to be too powerful for the stock G4 power supply.
