[G4] upgrade suggestions plus

I have a G4, retired, like yours. I put in a Belkin 802.11g card.  
With the right driver, worked great. There's probably a better brand.  
Also added a USB 2 card. That worked great, though I should have  
gotten one with 4-ports or 800 firewire, etc. Had DSL for a long  
time. Changed to Cable. It's faster, but you would only notice on big  
files. We have a Belkin router on the cable modem and that takes care  
of our wireless. If you are going to share files between computers,  
use Ethernet if they are close by. None of this is very expensive.
