No, you can't use that drive because it's a 3.5" drive.  I don't know 
exactly which Powerbook you've got, but it uses 2.5" drives.  It may 
also have some limitations to the height of the drive, but I don't know 
about that.  The biggest 2.5" drives I've seen are 120GB.
