[G4] Quicksilver won't power on

A week or so ago we had some storms, the power went out and stayed off long
enough to drain my battery backup.  The power eventually came back on.  I
tried to turn my Quicksilver on, but it won't power up.  The power button
lights up when I push it, but the fans don't come on and it won't start.  I
had it plugged into both a surge protector and battery backup.  Any
suggestions?  Thanks.
