[G4] Mar6.07_New to list_Like to ask a question

Another thing to check is the firmware revision of the DVD writer, I  
had similar problems when I installed a Pioneer DVR-104 from a  
friends PC in my wife's G4. Bad burns, funky installs general  
weirdness till I updated the firmware.
