Easy install, included new firmware which was necessary for my G4 - 450.

** more like 2+ times faster on my 450.  I ran photoshop (rotate 
image) and another cpu intensive application on very large files 
before installing for comparison.  I am pleased with the product, 
value and speed.  Included two quiet fans above the CPU and heat 
sink.  Pretty much plug and play.
