[G4] Upgrading

The memory is already maxed out.  I may look at upgrading the graphics card so that I can use dual monitors.
 
I have been offered a Dual Powermac G4 1.25GHz processor card (original apple), but have been advised that I can't use it in my machine - I don't know why.
 
Hopefully, some knowledgeable person here will give me confirmation that I have been given the wrong advice?
