First take a look at http://support.apple.com/kb/TA22738?viewlocale=en_US
Which looks like if you have 10.3.7 you may not need the driver that  
used to be required.

If your CD/DVD isn't recognized by your OS 10.3 then check out "Patch  
Burn" at:
http://www.patchburn.de/

I used to use it until I moved to 10.5
