[G4] G4 gone loco

There has always been a problem with headless G4's. There is a jumper 
required on the video connector that is required to basically say - 
no monitor here.  It's been talked about before. There's something 
about feeding back the horizontal synch and sensing it during the 
boot process.

An Apple-supplied video adapter from the three row 15 pin to the two 
row "Apple" version provides the jumper even if no monitor is 
connected.

I donno what versions were involved but My Sawtooth running OS 10.3.9 
definitely requires it.
