I bought a Lombard Powerbook on eBay to use Linux on. I might have  
opted for a newer PPC book, but I was buying on the cheap. I threw in  
512 MB of RAM thanks to OWC, and now it's all set for word  
processing, music/podcast playback and internet. I love keeping old  
hardware going.
