[G4] upgrade or buy new mac?

I'm curious as to what you mean when you say it's slow scrolling thru  
emails. I also have a DP500, and while I don't specifically have a  
problem with emails, in general, scrolling has never been very smooth  
at all. And that's with 3 different mice.
