I have (4) 256 MB sticks, 5.25" long, that I took out of my MDD G4. Working at 
the time, I was doubling my RAM, when I gave the computer to my daughter.

I have:

(1) Samsung 256 MB DDR PC 2700 CL 2.5
     PC 2700 U-25331-A!
     M368 L3223 DSTM-C33

(2) EDGE PC 2700 U-25331-A!

(1) Advanced Modules - 256 D04A5C-N-PC3200
     256 MB-400Mhz-CL3  DDR 400

I'll give you a decent price.
