[G4] Digital Audio upgrade

I have a Digital Audio 733mhz and was given a Giga Designs CPU to use as an
upgrade but without any instructions. When i opened the machine i saw a
plastic cover over where i assume the CPU is - i have upgraded other
machines but am unsure how to remove the plastic - also is there a firmware
or any other action to be done before.
