On re-reading this, I realized that it isn't quite correct. Red and Green should equal Gray IF the Green consists of Blue and Yellow parts that are both (separately) equal in quantity to the Red part. The point being that EQUAL parts of Red, Blue, and Yellow should make a "neutral" Gray.

None of this has anything to do with G4 Macs, of course...just wanted to set the record straight.
