Hello Umar

Can you see the SATA disk in the Finder at all when booted from your  
now-working Master-HD?  In other words, does it successfully mount?   
If so It might be as simple as selecting that drive in the Finder.    
Then select File: Get Info, click on the little padlock in the lower  
right of the Get Info Window, entering your admin password, then  
changing Sharing & Permissions to Read/Write for whatever User you are  
signed in as.
