I have a similar platform configuration, 1999 G4 with a 1.2GHz  
processor up-grade, ACARD, 6280M disk controller, Ultra-Tek133P+ SATA  
controller card, and a ATY, RV100 (Radeon 7000) Video card.

If you don't have it yet then you need to get and install a copy of  
ATI 10.3.6 SW Update from http://ati.amd.com/products/home-office.html
