You might want to look through the information on this page for reports of Leopard on slower G4 systems: http://lowendmac.com/osx/leopard/unsupported.html As the page states, you may also want to consider upgrading your graphics card for Leopard, as well as the CPU. I also have a G4 Sawtooth, and before installing Leopard I upgraded the CPU with this: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Sonnet%20Technology/SG410002M/ Leopard runs fine for me with the 1.0 GHz CPU. Sometimes I wish I had chosen the 1.8 GHz version, but I was trying to avoid spending the extra money for it. I also upgraded my graphics card from the original ATI Rage 128 to a Radeon 9800 Pro.
