[G4] Has anyone tried a Konica-Minolta Magicolor 1600W in Leopard?

I got a Konica-Minolta PagePro 1250W laser printer off freecycle a
couple years ago.  It's not officially supported under OS X, but it
works just fine with Gimp-Print (now Gutenprint).  I saw a great deal
on the color laser Magicolor 1600W.  That isn't officially supported
under OS X, either, so I'm hoping someone has tried it with Leopard.
