[G4] quicksilver g4 1ghz superdrive wont boot

Describe in more detail what happens when you turn the power on.

a) You say that it lights up for a second and that the fans power up  
--   What lights up for a second?  Do the fans stay on?  Or do fans go  
off real quick?
