[G4] can't log into bank

1st screen in the sequence to log-in is user name and password -
then 3 security questions -
then it SHOULD go to the next screen but goes no where
(bank tech said it was a popup screen so my blocker must be turned on?
In preferences, security I do not have block popups checked.
I looked around for a 2nd blocker but can not find one

any answers floating around out there?
