[G4] Slow reboot?

Greetings,

Do you have Applejack installed on your disk?
If not search dogpile.com for "applejack" and follow the instructions.
This is a kernel level application that will clean-up your disk.
One of the first things it does is fsck which is a low-level disk  
application.
