[G4] Newer Technology firmware update needed

I have managed to acquire a Newer Technology dual 1.6Ghz processor module. The seller shipped it with the CD…. in the same packaging and ruined the CD. I wonder if anyone has the firmware file so I can update my computer's firmware for this processor? I have requested the same from Newer Technology but I haven't heard anything from them.

The name of the file is NewerTech ROM 3.1b5
