Well...AFAIK, there really is no manual for a G4. Your Mac might just be too slow for what you want to do, or maybe it's your internet connection speed. You might need at least a 3MBPS connection for a relatively smooth stream. If your Mac is too slow, it would probably be less expensive to just replace it with a faster G5.
