[G4] Word 2004 and 10.5.8

Hello,

I updated my Microsoft Word 2004 on my dual boot G4 MDD to update  
11.6.6, but the Preview screen for the print envelope function is  
still blank.  However, experimentation showed that Word will print the  
envelope with the typed in address and return address even if the  
Preview screen shows no address nor return address, and even without  
any updating.  I incorrectly assumed that since the Preview page was  
blank, nothing would print on the envelope.
