[G4] Delete "Update plugins"

I just got it for firefox and went to prefs then manage add-ons, then plug-ins...just click on each plug-in and click to cancel

Getting the annoying "update plugins" yellow bar the top of the page.
Tried "About:Config" and toggling off the reminder bar but that doesn't seem to take.
Any ideas?
