Hi;
When in the about this Mac, More info, go to Application and click. You will get every App and version on your cpu. it also list the architecture ie PPC or Universal. I would suggest you review every thing on the about this Mac, it list your info on memory, drive,wireless card etc.
You will find it most rewarding.
