Hi Gang!<div><br></div><div>Remember when I had a monitor that would not wake up after it had been put to sleep along with the CPU?</div><div><br></div><div>Here is the cause. It is endemic with OS 10.4.11 and the G4. Some bad data gets stored. THE SOLUTION:</div><div><br></div><div>1) Press the power button to shutdown.</div><div>2) Unplug Mac and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.</div><div>3)Hold down power key for 30 seconds.</div><div>4) Let Mac restart.</div><div>5) AS the Mac restarts quickly hold down Command, Option, and P and R keys let the Mac bong at least 4 times. </div><div><br></div><div>Let the Mac restart and the problem is solved.
