If you can find the dictionary file you should be able to open it in 
a word processing program (open the wp program first, then within it 
open the dictionary file). Just be sure to NOT change or add any 
formatting!

A safer way - if you have a GREAT program called Can Opener, use it. 
It won't mess with the file, but it will open (practically!) anything.
