From 9.2.2 to OS X

Okay, boys and girls, I'm about ready to migrate from 9 to X.  Been  putting
it  off since November.  I have an iMax G4.  A couple of questions which has
been holding me up.

I'm using Outlook Express which I guess is not compatible with OS X.  How
can I import/export my address book and files/folders to X's mail client?

How do I import/export my 'favorites' from Explorer to Explorer?

There must be away, right?

All help and tips are greatly appreciated.
