two versions of OU

hi, I wonder if anyone can lend a helping hand here:

I have a very simple and frustrating problem: simply put it is this -- at
two different time periods I have used Outlook Express 4.5 AND Outlook
Express 5.02 for the Mac extensively; I now need to have ALL my messages
(nicely arranged in Œfolders¹ etc) in either one version or the other; but I
cannot seem (bar saving them one message at a time -- would take forever!)
to transfer messages (all of them, as arranged) from one version to the
other, either way. Please help.
