Hi all, Just to give everyone an update to the solution. Bad DIMM. I had a local Mac repair shop look at it and they did what I should have done and just tried removing each of the DIMMs to see if it would boot. Cost me $75. :( But now it's running great! :) Thanks for all your help. Happy Thanksgiving eveyone. -Thom
