Look in your System:Preferences folder for Stickies file. These are your
sticky notes. 

You can copy that over and those will work for OS 9. To get them into the
thing they call "Stickies" on OS X, use the Import Classic Stickies...
menu under file.

Be aware that the stickies file will now diverge. There is no Export to
Classic Stickies.
