[HM] Can't read sessions on CD-R!

I have 2 sessions on a CD-R disk that I burned when I was working on system
9, and then when I moved to OS X I added another session to that same disk.
Now, when I try to read the sessions on the disk it will only show the one I
burned on OS X. How can I access the other 2 session on the disk?
I'm working on Panther at the moment!
