Will anyone ever check?  Probably not.

But if you want to legally use it on more than one computer, checkout
the "OS X Family Pack" which you can use on up to 5 computers.  At
this point though I'd wait until 10.5 before doing so, since Apple
doesn't really give upgrade pricing.
