Just the same, but for my Formac studio. Never had a problem, and you 
can import/export everything on the fly (RF also in/out). It works fine 
with Premiere 6.5 (and iMovie of course) on my PB 550 and G4 400 AGP.
Seldom used however as a bridge after I acquired the Sony DV TRV-40.
Currently I use it extensively for TV monitoring of my digital editing.
