[MacDV] Couldn't open Illustrator 10 under OS X 10.2.2

Under OS 10, you do not allocate memory to an application at all. This is
just done under OS 9 or earlier. How much RAM do you have? If you are only
opening Illustrator 10, 256 MB is more than enough.
