True, but it doesn't go to the US fulfillment address, and the coupon 
is in Canadian funds when it talks about the cash value of the other 
two offers. Go to

for details. If you live in Canada and sent the coupon in to the US 
office you had better get in touch - there was a contact number on the 
coupon, IIRC - and confirm your status. Let's hope they didn't discard 
your mail because it came from an ineligible (in US) source.
