In a word, yes. The largest 5400 RPM drive that will fit inside your 
iBook is 60 GB from MCE Tech for $449 installed. And they must install 
it. Not very big and not at all inexpensive. Even the PowerBooks only 
hold 60 GB. I haven't heard of the 80GB internal portable drives you 
mention.
