[MacDV] CD/DVD cases

I just buy boxes of 100 paper CD/DVD sleeves and store them upright in 
boxes in a dark, dry, safe cabinet.  This is good only if you're not 
going to be throwing them into a bag to carry around though. For that I 
normally use a good CD carrying case.
