Turn on full headers in your email program. You'll see an address to use 
to unsubscribe. I discovered all sorts of neat things in the header, 
including a list archive.

In Netscape 7 mail, I can leave the little twirly thing up until I need 
some information from the header. Then I can twirl it down to see a lot 
of stuff.
