Kunga, The shared folder that got erased is my account's, not the higher level one. BTW, Filipp, I Tried running Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility -> First Aid -> Repair, but can't see how to do a repair once I'm in First Aid. Should I do this from the System's CD? Thanks! Francesc
