You could export the drive as an nfs or samba share from the Mac box, which would allow
NT to connect.
(Nfs requires Services for Unix $99 from MS installed on the Windows box, or cygwin
(free))  www.cygwin.com ). OS/X supports both.

I have tried both and I think nfs is quicker than samba, although in my case the server
host was Linux, and I was sharing the drive via nfs and samba.
