[MacDV] Glorious Black and White

I don't know if your Canon takes the color away before or after the image is
created.  It will appear sharper either way since the color is one of the
main problems in creating image sharpness.  I would beware of having a green
tint from the camera in B & W mode.  You may want to do a second pass in
editing and take out the color again.
