Is this normal for iMovie3 ?

Hello,
I made a few screenshots
of iMovie before and after a title
render:

Basically, the titles come out really
blurry and kind of "de-interlaced" looking.
"It's" still there after an export (Full DV)

I have never used iMovie before so I just
wanted to ask if this is normal or should
I continue troubleshooting. :-/

Using iMovie OS X 10.2.6, iMovie 3.0.3, Quicktime
