[MacDV] Soundtrack - new from Apple!

Has anyone used this?  I guess its currently bundled with FCP4 but 
will be released in Aug as a stand alone app at $299.

I watched the QT preview at
http://www.apple.com/soundtrack/
and it got me all excited about the possibilities with making my own 
music instead of trying to find something that works just right.

I even made my wife sit down and watch as I commentated.
(for some reason she did not share my excitement)
