The quality of 8MM film/PAL NTSC

Though arguable, one is not necessarily better than the other. PAL 
(used in Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa) has more lines of resolution 
than NTSC (used in the Americas, Japan, Korea) but fewer frames per 
second (25 vs. 30). I personally like the look of PAL more...
